The Virgo-optical website requires registration, which involves filling out forms with personal information such as name, company name, address, shipping address, email, phone number, and more. All collected data is the property of SVISION SIA and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the delivery/post service, which requires your information to deliver the purchased items. Collected data will be used for notifications about new items if the user chooses to receive them. In the event that the website is sold or taken over, the information becomes the property of the new owner and company. We reserve the right to disclose any information if requested by law enforcement, to protect our rights, or if requested by a court order, warrant, or ongoing police investigation.
Virgo-optical’s website contains several links that redirect to other foreign sites. We are not responsible for their content and policies, and we strongly advise that you read all privacy statements on foreign sites. Your information’s safety is crucial to us, and we use the newest and highest industry standards for safety, information collection, and transfer. We encrypt all sensitive information, such as credit card information, with SSL. However, we must mention that sending and storing information online is never 100% safe anywhere. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute safety.

General Terms of use
The general terms of use for the Virgo-optical website are in comply with the Latvian Consumer protection law and with the international code for online trade. Virgo-optical’s online shop is managed by SVISION SIA. which is seated at the following address: Braslas iela 20, Riga, Latvia. All Virgo-optical site users (customers and other users) agree to all terms and conditions listed here. Any Virgo-optical site user is automatically considered as informed with this information and has to comply with it. Because of frequent changes in terms and conditions of use it is strongly recommended to check frequently for updates in order of being completely informed. All content on Virgo-optical website is copyright protected and any copying, distribution, printing, publishing or any other unauthorized use is strongly prohibited.
Online purchase
Any online purchase is carried out when the items are delivered or a written letter is sent with delivery information. The automatically generated e-mail invoice does not count as a carried out purchase. We strive to keep as many items in stock as possible and the delivery times quick in order to keep our customers satisfied at all times. We, however, cannot guarantee the availability of all items within the promised delivery time since we do not have any control over production and distribution. After an item has been purchased on the online shop the customer can change its order before the item has been sent only if the customer chooses to order an item at a higher price. After the order has been sent, the customer cannot cancel it.
Prices
Item prices are labeled as “Regular Price” and “Discount Price”. Regular Price is the price for our registered users of the Virgo-optical online shop. Discount Price is the discount price for our registered users of the Virgo-optical online shop. Because of fast changing conditions in business, the prices have no set duration and can be changed at any time. All prices NOT include VAT and are valid after the seller confirms them. Although we renew the price list on the site every day, some errors may still occur. In this case, the customer will be contacted with the new information, and it will be possible for him to cancel his order. We will however offer him a good second option in order for him to change his order that will satisfy him.
Availability
The availability of items on the website is only informative and is in accordance with our suppliers. It can rarely occur that the availability of an item is changed and when that happens, the customer will be immediately contacted. In case that the supply times are especially long (more than three weeks) it will be possible for the customer to cancel his order. In this case, we will do our best to ensure that the customer gets satisfactory advice on other items so that he will be able to change his order accordingly.
Payment
We offer multiple payment options for purchasing items on our online shop, Virgo-optical. These include credit card payment via Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment in advance is also available. Please note that once an item has been ordered, the purchase cannot be canceled. All items will remain the property of SVISION SIA until full payment has been received.
Purchase
There are four steps when purchasing an item. They are as follows:
Placement of order: when the customer wants to place an order of item(s) he has got in his “cart” he is redirected to websites that help him step by step in placing his order.
Method of payment: here the customer chooses the method of payment (credit card, Paypal or Bank transfer)
Order confirmation:in no less than 48 hours will the customer be contacted by us if his payment has been received, and he will be informed about the delivery date and status
Delivery
Return
As a customer, you have the right to return any product(s) within 15 days of receiving them. The cancellation period ends 15 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire(s) physical possession of the last product.
To cancel your contract, you must inform us at SVISION SIA, Braslas iela 20, Riga, Latvia, LV-1084, [email protected], +37123552455, of your decision to cancel by a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or e-mail. You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
At Virgo-optical, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet a customer’s needs. That’s why we offer partly-free returns without any questions asked, in accordance with your legal right to do so. If you wish to return a product, simply send it to our company at the following address:

Warrantly
The manufacturer determines the warranty period of our items, which is never less than one year. All products available on the Virgo-Optical online shop come with a valid manufacturer’s guarantee. The warranty period commences from the date of purchase and requires a copy of the original invoice and warranty ticket for processing. Although it is usually quicker to get items serviced or exchanged at an authorized service shop, we offer customer support for all formal matters concerning warranty. It is important to note that all manufacturer warranty terms must be fulfilled when claiming a repair or exchange.

Your email should include the following details: item (with serial number if applicable), description of the defect, purchase date from the Virgo-Optical online shop, invoice number, and address. We will do our best to assist you with your warranty claim.
Delivery
We work with DPD, UPS, and Latvian Post to carry out our deliveries. We make every effort to ensure that items in stock are dispatched within 72 hours of receiving your online order. If an item is not available, we will inform you of the expected delivery time as soon as possible. Please note that we guarantee delivery within 30 days, unless you request a later delivery date. Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery method and the customer’s address at the time of order. For deliveries outside the EU, please note that Virgo-Optical is not responsible for any customs charges incurred by the customer’s country.
Damage on delivery
In the unfortunate event that you receive items that have been damaged during delivery, we kindly request you to notify us immediately at [email protected] and describe the issue in detail. To help us take appropriate measures against the delivery company, we also ask you to provide photographs of the item in its original packaging. Furthermore, it would be greatly appreciated if you could inform us of the delivery time and the full name of the delivery person. This information will be of utmost importance when claiming damages.
